How do I contact support?

  • Your in-game username (Name#0000) — tap your name in-game to copy it
  • The name of the game
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • A description of the issue

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

I was charged but didn't receive my purchase. What do I do?

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Try these steps:

  1. Open the game and look for a "Restore Purchases" option in settings.
  2. If that doesn't work, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the purchase and request a resolution from Apple Support.
How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us directly. To request one:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the purchase and select "Request a refund."

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.

The game keeps crashing. How can I fix it?

Try these troubleshooting steps in order:

  1. Update to the latest iOS version in Settings → General → Software Update.
  2. Update the game to the latest version from the App Store.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the game.

Still crashing? Contact us with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate.

How do I save my progress?

Game progress is saved automatically on your device. To make sure you have a backup:

  • Enable iCloud Backup in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup.
  • Your progress will be restored automatically if you reinstall the game or switch devices.
How do I request deletion of my data?

We respect your privacy. To request data deletion:

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  3. We'll process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Can I transfer my progress to a new device?

Yes. If iCloud Backup is enabled, your progress transfers automatically. Just make sure:

  • Both devices are signed into the same Apple ID.
  • You restore from your iCloud backup when setting up the new device.
Is Guns & Fury available on Android?

Guns & Fury is currently exclusive to iOS on the Apple App Store. We don't have an Android release date to announce at this time. Follow us on social media for updates.

How do I unlock new weapons in Guns & Fury?

New weapons are unlocked through gameplay progression. Each mode rewards you differently:

DuelsWin quick-draw showdowns to earn rewards
Bounty MissionsHunt outlaws for weapon unlocks
Zombie SurvivalSurvive waves for bonus rewards

Some weapons can also be unlocked through in-app purchases in the game's shop.
